Worst car wash and the worst customer service ever!
Had my car washed 2 months ago and they used some chemicals that took the paint off my wheels. When I picked it up I told him about it and he said that that's how they do it. So after a bit of arguing he gave me his card and asked me to contact him the next day. Which I did. He sent me another contact who does wheel painting on Albany highway who couldn't slot me in for nearly a month. So after getting in getting my wheels painted I tried to wash the outside myself with a Karcher and that started taking the paint off.
So I went back to the wheels guy and he said that he will get in touch with me after talking to the owner of Egy. I have contacted the guy again and bad news. I should have mentioned it as soon as I got my wheels painted!
