  Dome has two outlets on Albany highway this one is opposite the Balmoral Hotel. As one of the only places open on a public holiday it was packed, but the staff seemed pleasant enough and coffees came out as ordered in a reasonable time.
  Not super trendy or hip, just clean and functional and average pricing.
  Plenty of indoor and out door seating as well as booths and a few lounges.

  I quite like this Dôme and there is a lot of space to sit. Coffee has never failed, although breakfasts are a bit pricey for what they are and especially since they use cage eggs. But there's a good atmosphere here.
